You can now pick and mix from a selection of delicious flavours to create your custom box of raw food. Your box will arrive frozen to lock in all the essential vitamins and minerals that keep your dog’s meals fresh and nutritious.
Please note: The product may partially defrost during transit, but rest assured, it can be easily re-frozen. This is the first time the meat is defrosted, unlike other producers who defrost the meat before processing and re-freeze it.
Important Ordering Information:
- Single Sausage Pack: Each pack of Big Bully Complete 80/10/10 contains 454g of raw frozen minced meat.
- Order Cut-off Time: Raw food orders are taken until 12pm Monday to Thursday.
- Delivery Days: Frozen raw food is delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to avoid spoilage over the weekend.
Important Delivery & Storage Information:
- Frozen Food Dispatch: Your raw food will be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, ensuring it’s fresh upon arrival.
- Delivery Acceptance: Since frozen products cannot be returned, please ensure you’re available to receive the delivery or provide a safe place for it. Mobile numbers are required at checkout to confirm delivery details.
- Storage Tips:
- Once received, immediately store the bags in your freezer.
- If the food has partially defrosted during transit, you can refreeze it safely if it’s still below 4°C.
- Once defrosted, the food will stay fresh for 2-3 days in the fridge or up to 4 days if stored from frozen.

- 5 – 10 kg: 125 – 250g per day
- 10 – 20 kg: 250 – 500g per day
- 20 – 30 kg: 500 – 750g per day
- 30 – 40 kg: 750g – 1kg per day
- 40 – 50 kg: 1kg – 1.25kg per day
- 50 – 60 kg: 1.25kg – 1.5kg per day
- 60 – 70 kg: 1.5kg – 1.75kg per day
- 70 – 80 kg: 1.75kg – 2kg per day
- 80 – 90 kg: 2kg – 2.25kg per day
