Your raw food box will arrive frozen. That is how we lock in the vitamins and minerals that keep your raw dog food fresh and nutritious.
Please note: The product may defrost a little in transit and where defrosting takes place these can be easily re-frozen.
IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION
Single bags contain 1kg raw frozen meat mince dog food.
Simply pick and mix from the available pack flavours to create your box.
Raw food orders are taken until 12pm Monday – Thursday.
PLEASE NOTE: We deliver raw frozen packs on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in order to avoid orders spoiling over the weekend.

Our raw food is dispatched in 24 hours. Because it is a frozen product, it cannot be returned. See our returns policy for more information.
When you purchase Big Bully raw foods, you are responsible for accepting the delivery, either by ensuring you are available to receive the goods or by allocating a safe place for them to be delivered at your shipping address. The goods will be left and cannot be returned so please ENSURE YOU PROVIDE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT so that the delivery details can be confirmed with you.
IMPORTANT STORAGE INFORMATION
If the food has partially defrosted by the time you are ready to put it in the freezer, you can refreeze it safely if the food is still below 4C or below.
We suggest putting the bags straight into the freezer when your box arrives. You can then take out a bag at a time to store it in the fridge to defrost before feeding.
Like with any raw meat, it is has reached room temperature it will keep fresh in the fridge for 2 – 3 days or 4 days from frozen.
