Your raw food box will arrive frozen. That is how we lock in the vitamins and minerals that keep your raw dog food fresh and nutritious.
Please note: The product may defrost a little in transit and where defrosting takes place these can be easily re-frozen. Due to the way our meat is produced any thawing will be the FIRST TIME compared to other producers who defrost the meat prior to processing to then refreeze ready for shipping.
Important delivery information
When you purchase Big Bully raw foods, you are responsible for accepting the delivery so please ensure someone is in to receive the goods or that a safe location is provided for the delivery to your shipping address. This can all be done via DHL Parcel UK app.
The goods will be left and cannot be returned (see our returns policy for more information) so please ENSURE YOU PROVIDE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT so that the delivery details can be confirmed with you.
FEEDING GUIDE
An adult dog will eat 2.5% of their body weight in raw food per day, with active dogs and pups eating much more.
For example, for a 7kg adult Westie, 1% of his/her body weight is 70g. Multiply that by 2.5 and you get an approximate amount of 175g per day in raw dog food.
When changing foods please introduce gradually over a period of two weeks.
